Instant Wheat Dosa

    Instant Wheat Dosa /godumai dosa/gova polo/gothambhu dosa



CUISINE :Gowda saraswat brahmin
SERVES: 2

Ingredients

Wheat flour-2 cups
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Method

1. Take a large mixing bowl add in the dry ingredients wheat flour and salt.

2. Give it a mix.now add water and make the batter to a dosa  batter consistency.Make the batter lump free.

BATTER IS READY
Note:
  For a variation you can add finely chopped pearl onions/shallots or onions too in the batter and follow the same procedure.

3.Heat a crepe pan pan or dosa griddle .Drizzle little oil.Once the griddle is  hot , pour a laddle full batter and spread it to make circles.If you wish you can sprinkle little oil on its top and on its sides too.
 
SPREAD THE BATTER TO FORM CIRCLES

4.When one side is cooked properly, flip it off and cook the other side too.

FLIP IT OFF & COOK WELL
5.Our instant wheat dosa or crepes are ready to serve.

6.Serve it with chutneys or curry or pickles of your choice.
