METHOD
1.WASH AND SOAK THE RAW RICE FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS.
2.ONCE ITS SOAKED,TAKE IT IN A BLENDER ALONG WITH WASHED RICE FLAKES,COCONUT SCRAPINGS AND BLEND IT TO A SMOOTH PASTE.IT WILL TAKE 2-5 MINUTES.
